Harvey Rattey Sculptures

The American Angus Auxiliary is made up of members from all walks of life involved in promoting or raising Angus cattle. It is with teamwork and support for our programs, that our organization keeps rolling along.

Each year thousands of dollars in scholarships are awarded to our industry's future leaders - the members of the National Junior Angus Association. Funding for these scholarships is made possible through American Angus Auxiliary programs and fundraisers, such as sale of these sculptures by Montana artist Harvey Rattey. We encourage your support and welcome your inquiries.

These beautiful sculptures make great show awards and gifts! The 'New Generation' and 'Miss Liberty' were pieces created for the American Angus Auxiliary. Several other sculptures are also shown and others are available, so if you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us. A portion of all sales generated through the Auxiliary will benefit the Auxiliary Scholarship program.

About The Artist

Harvey Rattey is an internationally known western and wildlife sculptor. A Native American of Chippewa descent, he grew up on a northern Montana ranch and spent his spare time calf roping in local rodeos. A full-time artist for the past 30 years, his work is purchased by the U.S. Pentagon for use as gifts to foreign dignitaries as well as by celebrities such as basketball star Larry Bird. Harvey lives on a ranch in the eastern Montana community of Glendive with his sculptor wife Pamela Harr and their five adopted children. They have a small herd of registered black Angus cows which Harvey uses as models for his Angus cattle sculptures, cast in either pewter or bronze.
